Out of Nothing Into a New Creation & Sphere, 2008

I utilize a process of finding, collecting, ordering and joining within my practice; using found objects as a more tangible, familiar and comprehendible, way of working with something that you know, feel and are familiar with. Multiples and repetition forefront the practice I employ and focuses on reusing materials that have been discarded and are fragments of former objects.

All materials that comprise these works have been found and collected around Plymouth and were previously exhibited as Bed, 2008. These fragments of discarded and disused objects are joined in making a new, a whole.
